Who can register for marimun?
You can register for MariMUN if you are a secondary school, CEGEP, or university student. Registration is currently closed for MariMUN2025.
how can i participate in marimun as a marianopolis student?
Marianopolis students are welcome to be delegates at MariMUN but are encouraged to sign up to staff the conference in positions such as pages, crisis staffers, event staffers, and more! For more information you can contact ChiefofStaff@marimun.org
How do i prepare for the conference?
You can prepare in a variety of ways. Reading your committee’s background guide is an important first step! Conducting external research on reputable websites could also help. You are allowed to bring any notes that you may have, as long as it doesn’t resemble pre-writing. For more information on procedure and prep, consult our delegate handbook!
How do i organize my position paper?
A position paper is typically organized into three paragraphs. The first should be a broad overview or summary of the topic at hand. Refer to your background guide as the base of your research. The second paragraph should be your country or character’s position, including other valuable insights concerning the issues.
